Accessibility Statement
Last updated May 16, 2026
Our commitment
We want reflectico.com to be useful for everyone, including people who use assistive technology like screen readers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is part of how we design, build, and review the site.
Standards we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are the international standards for making websites usable by people with a wide range of abilities.
What we do
- Use clear headings and a consistent page structure.
- Write in plain English and explain technical terms when we use them.
- Provide text descriptions for images that convey meaning.
- Maintain enough color contrast between text and background.
- Support keyboard navigation across menus, links, and forms.
- Mark form fields with labels and clear error messages so they work well with screen readers.
- Avoid auto-playing media and unexpected motion.
Known limitations
We are a small team and improve the site continuously. A few areas we are still working on:
- Some embedded third-party tools (for example, scheduling and sign-in) may not yet match our accessibility standards.
- Some older blog images may have shorter alt text than we'd like.
If you run into anything that makes the site hard to use, please tell us. We treat accessibility issues as priority fixes.
Tell us about a problem
Email hi@reflectico.com or call (508) 348-9440 and let us know:
- The page where you ran into the problem.
- What you were trying to do.
- The device, browser, or assistive technology you use.
We aim to reply within five business days and will work with you to find an alternative way to get what you need.
Feedback
Suggestions for making the site easier to use are always welcome. If you have ideas, we'd love to hear them.
